Forfaits vacances – St. John

This was by far the ABSOULTE WORST EXPERIANCE ive ever had with a hotel. When we had gotten to the hotel we had found out as did many others that the hotel canceled EVERY SINGLE reservation made through a 3rd party site (expedia, trivago, ect). No text, no email, just show up to the rooms essentially have been given away because "expedia always over book us". I put a reservation in july 3rd and my parents put one in 3 months ago. I even got a message from them saying all was good with a confirmation number. There was a wildfire that kicked off in the northern valley of spokane the day of however, the hotel was not near any evacuation zone. We were never given an answer as to why they just straight up canceled 3rd party reservations all we were given was a phone number that went nowhere after over an hour on the phone. Got in touch with general Expedia support and they tried contacting the property to get an answer as to why they canceled and to no avail on 2 separate occasions. We were all kicked to the curb with no where to go and all hotels all the way to Idaho were fully booked due to the people that had to evacuate due to the fire. We had our reservations wayyyyy ahead of time and were kicked to the curb for no damn reason. Nothing to help make us whole, just gave a phone number. We will never be back, by far the worst hotel experience ive ever had. Be aware, they can just cancel your reservation at will for absolutely no reason. Hotel staff were no help whatsoever

Cette maison me faisait rêver malheureusement nous n'avons même pas pu y pénétrer. Nous n'avons jamais reçu les codes d'accès pour rentrer dans la maison ni dans la chambre. Le numéro de téléphone indiqué sur Expedia ne répond pas. L'équipe Expedia a essayé de contacter se numéro de téléphone sans succès. Nous avons passé plus de 2 heures à attendre à la porte sans savoir où nous allions dormir. Heureusement l'équipe Expedia a réussi à nous reloger dans un autre hôtel . Cet hébergement devrait être retiré du site Expedia.
